These pyjamas are easily adjustable as they're elasticated. We would recommend Size S ~ 8-10 | Size M ~ 10-12 |  Size L ~ 14-16 |  Size XL ~ 16-18 |  Size XXL ~ 18-20. Size up for an oversized baggier fit.
