We've found that this bra fits true to size and recommend taking your usual measure.
Care for me
As with all bras, you'll get the longest life out of them if you hand wash. We recommend wearing them in the shower, using you shower gel with anti-bacterial properties, to clean. Hang to steam and air dry.
