Ordered online but need a little more guidance on fit?

Our online fit checks are free of charge and take just 5-10 minutes. You'll meet with an experienced fitter, who can assess the size and fit of your purchase, and recommend alternative shapes or styles as needed.

Visit our returns portal here and submit your request within 14 days of receiving your order.

Items must be unworn with tags and/or hygiene stickers attached.

Returns must arrive with us within 28 days of receiving your original order.

Exchanges are free, otherwise returns will be charged a restocking fee of £4.00.

Gusseted items, including briefs, swimwear bottoms / swimsuits and bodies, can be returned for exchange or store credit only, and the hygiene sticker must be intact. Gusseted items should be tried on over your own underwear.

Boxed items, including adhesive solutions and hosiery are not eligible for return.

This applies to both orders placed online and in-store purchases.

We aim to process online returns within 6-8 working days, and a subsequent refund will likely take 1-3 working days to appear in your account.

You may also return an item bought online to our Islington or Saffron Walden stores - you can find our opening hours here. Returns must take place within 28 days of receiving your order. While we are happy to offer exchanges in-store, please note that refunds cannot be processed by our in-store sales staff. Any returns will be passed over to our Customer Service team, who will aim to process your returns within 5-7 working days.

Returning an item bought in-store

If you need to return an item bought in one of our stores, you can do so within 28 days of purchase.

Please note: in-store purchases qualify for an exchange or store credit only.

We highly recommend booking in a visit to exchange your online purchase, so you are seen at a time that is convenient to you. Bookings are prioritised over walk in visitors.

If you are unable to make it back to the store, a postal return will be accepted - visit our online returns portal here to arrange. Exchanges are free, however returns will be charged a restocking fee of £4.00.
