Shipping and Handling
We accept Visa, Paypal, Mastercard and American Express. Payment will be debited and cleared from your account upon dispatch of your order. You confirm that the credit/debit card that is being used is yours or that you have been specifically authorised by the owner of the credit/debit card to use it. All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to The Pantry Underwear, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
All UK & International orders are shipped via Royal Mail ( unless another service is selected ) and are sent via a tracked service. Some will require a signature on receipt, if they cannot be posted through the letter box.
Please allow one day for us to process your order, in addition to the shipping timelines as outlined below.
Standard Delivery [£2.99] takes 3-5 working days from the day the order was placed, providing that it was placed before 12pm.
Express Delivery [£5.99] takes 1-2 working days* if placed before 12pm on a working day.
We ship to any country around the world. Depending on your location, please allow up to 10 working days for your delivery. If you require your delivery earlier, please contact us to arrange and we will accommodate wherever possible: firstname.lastname@example.org.
The Pantry Underwear will not cover any customs charges incurred during shipping, and will be the buyers responsibility. For more information we suggest checking with your local postal service or using an online customs calculator.
All orders are fully trackable.
The Pantry Underwear cannot be held responsible for delays due to exceptional circumstances, such as a strikes or adverse weather conditions. In such a scenario we will handle cases on an individual basis and provide relevant updates.
