We accept Visa, Paypal, Mastercard, American Express & Klarna. Payment will be debited and cleared from your account upon dispatch of your order. By placing an order, you confirm that the credit / debit card that is being used is yours or that you have been specifically authorised by the owner of the credit / debit card to use it.

All credit / debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to The Pantry Underwear, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.

All orders are shipped via Royal Mail ( unless another service is selected or requested ) and are sent via a tracked service. Some will require a signature on receipt, if they cannot be posted through the letterbox. To ship using an alternative service, reach out to us for a quote via hello@thepantryunderwear.com. 

Standard Shipping [£4.99] takes 4-6 working days (plus one working day for handling )from the day the order was placed, provided it was placed before 12pm.

Express Delivery [£6.99] takes 2-3 working days ( plus one working day for handling ) from the day the order was placed, provided it was placed before 12pm.
