Our loyalty program is a way for us to reward our loyal Pant Pals with 'Pantry Pounds', and to thank you for 'supporting' our small, independent business.
Every time you shop in-store or online, you'll recieve £1 in loyalty credit - you can redeem your rewards the next time you shop at The Pantry Underwear.
Frequently asked questions
As long as you are subscribed to The Pant Post newsletter, you will earn £1 for every £10 your spend - in our stores, and online.
You can see the amount of loyalty you will earn displayed in pink underneath the price on each product page
Please note: if you unsubscribe from The Pant Post, any outstanding loyalty balance will be lost.
Log into your customer account and visit My Loyalty.
You will see your loyalty balance and a 16-digit code. Copy the long code , and paste it into the 'Discount code or gift card' box at checkout.
Click 'Apply', and your loyalty rewards will be applied to your order.
If you're shopping in one of our stores, ask one of our Pant Patrollers to check your balance at the till point - this can then be applied to your purchase.
No, your loyalty rewards cannot be combined with other promotional incentives or discounts.
No, your loyalty rewards won't expire. However if you choose to unsubscribe from The Pant Post newsletter, you will lose any outstanding loyalty balance.
