EARN £1 FOR EVERY £10 YOU SPEND, IN-STORE & ONLINE
Our loyalty program is a way for us to reward our loyal Pant Pals with 'Pantry Pounds', and to thank you for 'supporting' our small, independent business. Every time you shop in-store or online, you'll receive £1 in loyalty credit - you can redeem your rewards the next time you shop at The Pantry Underwear.
To check your loyalty balance, log in to your account via the pink loyalty banner near the top of the site.
Want to spend your Pantry Pounds online?
Once you've added items to your cart, click 'Redeem now' in the loyalty banner, and your rewards will be applied at checkout.

Frequently asked questions
As long as you are subscribed to The Pant Post newsletter, you will earn £1 for every £10 you spend in our stores & online.
You can see the amount of loyalty you will earn displayed in pink underneath the price on each product page.
Please note: if you unsubscribe from The Pant Post, any outstanding loyalty balance will be lost.
You can check your loyalty balance by logging into your customer account. You can do this here, by visiting the 'My Loyalty' tab within customer accounts, or by clicking the light pink banner towards the top of the website.
Once you are logged in, your loyalty balance will be displayed in this banner.
Once you are logged into your account, you can redeem your loyalty by adding an item to your cart and clicking 'Redeem now' in the pink banner.
Your Pantry Pounds will be deducted from your order at checkout.
If you're shopping in one of our stores, ask one of our Pant Patrollers to check your balance at the till point - this can then be applied to your purchase.
There is usually a short delay between placing an order, in-store or online, and your loyalty balance updating in your account.
Loyalty rewards can be redeemed against your next purchase, in-store or online.
No, your loyalty rewards cannot be combined with other promotional incentives or discounts.
No, you will not earn loyalty when redeeming a gift card - this is because the person who purchased the gift card will already have received loyalty rewards for their order.
No, your loyalty rewards won't expire. However if you choose to unsubscribe from The Pant Post newsletter, you will lose any outstanding loyalty balance.
