HOW DOES A VIRTUAL FITTING WORK?

You'll be sent a private Google Meet link ( you can request another service if preferred ) for your virtual fitting video call.

During the call, the fitter will ask to see you in your current bra from a few angles, to assess how it's fitting.

Based on this, she will show you shapes and styles on The Pantry Underwear website, selected to suit you and your bra-drobe needs.

You'll then receive a follow up email including all of the pieces you discussed on the call, with your personal size recommendations, and matching set options.

We offer an online 'fit check' for any items you order, a quick 5-10 minute call where your fitter can check that the sizes you've ordered fit you correctly.

How long does a virtual fitting last?
Around 30-45 minutes.


Is there a cost?
No, our Virtual Fitting Service is completely free of charge.


Do I need to prepare anything?
Have one or two wired ( ideally, but not essential ) bras to hand. Your fitter will ask you to try these on during the fitting, and will walk you through the fit points of a good-fitting bra.


Do I need a tape measure?
No, but if you don't know the size of the bra you are wearing, it can be useful for the fitter to know your waist measurement. She'll show you how to measure on the call.


Will I show my bare breasts?
Absolutely not! You'll be wearing ( at least! ) a bra for the duration of the call.
