Pick the right sports bra for you
Have you ever been for a run and felt as though your boobs were bouncing more than your feet on the pavement? Or been trying to meditate but been unable to do the breathing exercises the instructor describes due to a tight band? Then chances are you need a new sports bra!
For more Low Impact Sports such as Pilates, Yoga, Rowing, Walking, Cycling, a softer level of support is needed. We suggest softer fabrics then can be work all day but still remain just as comfy as when you put them on, look out for options that feature racerback / cross-back settings as these can offer an extra level of support during your workout.
When it comes to High Impact Sports like Running, HIIT, Martial Arts, Football and Basketball then a high level of support is needed, the bras we have suggested all feature racer back clips and for those with a bust size of E or above we recommend wearing the bra on this setting for minimal movement in the bust.
