We recommend taking your usual band and cup size. If you have firmer / fuller breast tissue, you may wish to take a cup size above your usual measure [ i.e DD will take an E ].

As with all bras, you will get the longest life out of them if you hand wash. We recommend wearing them in the shower and using your shower gel with anti-bacterial properties to clean. Hang to steam and air dry.
