We find this bra fits true to size in the cup. The band is fairly relaxed, so we advise taking a size down from your usual size if you prefer a firmer fit.

As with all bras, you'll get the longest life out of them if you hand wash. We recommend wearing them in the shower and using a shower gel with antibacterial properties to clean, or if hand washing, wash in cool water and do not soak. Hang to steam and air dry.
